As a couple Pastor Manuel and Yolanda Herrera were planted in the city of Hollister by New Harvest Salinas in 1988.
Pioneering to Equipping
Relocating from the state of New Mexico as a child Pastor Manuel grew up in the Monterey Bay area where he gave his life over to Jesus at the age of 18 while starting his senior year of high-school. As a young disciple he sensed a call to ministry and church planting. Eventually God brought him and his wife to Hollister, CA. From the very early days of being a house church to our present time Pastor Manuel has taught God's Word boldly, faithfully, and in practical ways. His heart for people and God's Kingdom is always visible.
- Pastor Manuel and Yolanda have been married for over 30 years.
- They have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren with one more on the way.
- Also included is the family dog who is like one of the kids.
